The security deposit is $500 and is fully refundable at the end of your lease, providing there are no damages to the apartment or the apartment community.
- Are utilities included?
Yes, utilities (water, sewer, and trash) are included. The tenant pays for gas and electric. - What is the pet policy?
We have a 2 pet max. We allow dogs under 40lbs and cats. $50/mo/dog, $35/mo/cat and a $100/pet deposit. *With breed restrictions we will allow dogs under 75 lbs on the 1st floor. Please contact our office for more details. - What school district are you in?
We are in the Sun Prairie School District. - Are the buildings secure?
Yes, Autumn Lake has a secured entry system with key fob access. We also have a package room located in the clubhouse for a convenient and secure place to retrieve packages 24/7!
